ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Roger S. Cohen is a consultant engaged in business development, both domestic and international. His practice has a special focus on government contracting, especially for technology projects.

Roger works with technology companies on government contracting projects, helping them write, produce and submit proposals. This arcane area of government contract proposal writing is the key step in developing business with the government. Roger has a specialty in SBIR ? Small Business Innovation Research ? projects and proposals.

Roger works with a wide range of clients, from one-person start-ups, to the largest international firms. Some of his high-profile projects include security printing presses to print the US currency, and the popular self-adhesive postage stamp.
