Building Your Startup Business on the Cloud

On Thursday, May 12, 2016 the IEEE Consultants’ Network of Northern NJ (www.TechnologyOnTap.org) will present a talk by Dr. Qiong (John) Shen

About the Topic

Ever since its first commercial appearance in 1999, cloud computing has been proved to be a very helpful and cost-effective tool for startup companies/individuals to not only agilely bring creative ideas to the market but also to uninterruptedly scale up the businesses. However, it still remains as a myth to many people, technical and non-technical, due to the diversity of forms of cloud computing services as well as associated terminologies, not to mention the “differentiation” that each service provider presents to market.

This presentation will demystify the cloud computing from the perspective of applications using real-life scenarios in layman’s words so that you can instantly start using it to solve problems, or better yet, accomplish missions impossible. Download the presentation here
